Let me start by first introducing myself properly to you. I am DR CHRIST EGOBIA.director with the Union bank of Nigeria Plc, Lagos.

We got your contact from the foreign trade office of the Nigeria chamber of commerce and industry. The same guaranteed your reliability and trustworthiness in business matters.Itherefore , wish to explain this lucrative business intention for our mutual benefit, though I did not let that friend have the real idea of my intended busines proposal due to the level of confidentiality which the transaction demands.

(MY PROPOSAL) a foreigner, Late Engineer johnson Creek,an Oil Merchant/Contractor with the federal Government of Nigeria until his death three years ago in a ghastly motor accident,banked with us here at the Union bank of Nigeria Plc,Lagos and we have his instruction to receive an outstanding contract sum of US$18.5M ( Eighteen Million, Five hundred Thousand United State Dollars) in lieu of the contract he executed for Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation. 

All efforts being made by the Union bank of Nigeria Plc to get in touch with any of the Creek`s family in London or relatives couldn't yield any result. Now the fund is floating in our suspense account still unclaimed. In order to avoid any negative development, some of my trusted colleagues and I now seek your permission to have you stand as a next-of-kin of Late Engineer johnson Creek so that the fund US$18.5M(EIGHTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATE DOLLARS) would be remmited to your nominated bank account and we share as set below.

All documents and proves to enable you get this fund will be carefully worked out and more so, we are assuring you 100% risk free involvement.Your share stayswhile the rest would be for my colleagues and myself for investment purpose in your country.We have agreed that, the fund will be shared thus,after it has been transferred into your nominated bank account.

1. 30% of the money will go to you for acting as the next of kin to late Engineer johnson Creek/Beneficiary of the fund.
2. 10% will be set aside for reimbursement of both parties for any incidential expenses that may be incurred in the course of the transfer.
3. 60% to us the originators of the transaction.

If this proposal is okay by you and you do not wish to take undue advantage of the trust we hope to bestow on you and your company,then kindly get to me immediately . Do furnish me with your confidential telephone,fax numbers,and your nominated bank account particulars, so that I can use this informationto apply for the release and subsequent transfer of the fund into your nominated bank account number.
